Except as noted. the followin2: information must be submitted for all applications: Narrative: There are some platted residential lots within the City that are different than the current standards. In reviewing requests for approval of lot splits in such areas, the City is particularly interested in determining that the lots to be created will be consistent with the character of the surrounding area. A written narrative must accompany the application presenting information demonstrating that the proposed subdivision will be comparable to those already existing in the immediate neighborhood. 10. A preliminary subdivision plat submittal must provide 10 copies of the proposed plat, including a topographic survey ofthe subject property, grading, drainage (with storm water calculations), utility, and landscaping plans. Five sets must be 24" x 36" in size and the five sets must 11" x 17" in size. A final plat submission must provide three sets be 24" x 36" in size and seven sets must be 11" x 17" in size. A subdivision plat also requires a digital copy for GIS records. 11. A minor subdivision proposal is required to provide a concept plan for the existing parcel(s) and/or a topographic survey indicating the property line change. The submittal must include three sets at 24" x 36" in size and seven sets at 11" x 17" in size. 12. Application Process: A completed application, applicable fee(s), and all accompanying documents are to be submitted for review by the Development Review Committee (DRC). 13. Tentative Action Process: All applications are reviewed by the Development Review Committee for completeness and an applicant is notified in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax within 10 calendar days after an application is submitted. All accepted applications will be forwarded to the Roseville Planning Commission and the Ramsey County Surveyor (David Claypool) for consideration. Attached is the tentative schedule for Planning Commission consideration and City Council Action, as well as other deadlines. 14.
