Mr. Culver a dressed the Snelling Avenue project in detail and impacts <br />345 <br />it would have on Roseville residents, due to resurfacing south of the Minnesota <br />346 <br />State Fairgrounds and re -decking the bridge over I-94; with some minor impacts <br />347 <br />already due to advance utility work. Mr. Culver noted the need to work around <br />348 <br />the State Fair dates, but anticipated traffic back-ups throughout the Snelling <br />349 <br />Avenue corridor during the major portion of the work. <br />350 <br />351 <br />Mr. Culver noted that the current road systems in the NE Metro were already <br />352 <br />running at or over capacity, and when one route was lost it put strains on the <br />353 <br />remaining routes. <br />354 <br />Page 8 of 11 <br />
