County Road C <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Land Use request; 458 McCarrons Blvd. So., Roseville <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Van Sickle: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on December 16, 2002, the Roseville City Council approved your request for <br />the multiple variances, subject to certain conditions, to allow for the construction of a home and attached <br />garage on property generally locate at the intersection of W oodruff Avenue and South McCarrons <br />Boulevard (currently addressed as 458 McCarrons Boulevard). <br /> <br />1) Adoption of a resolution granting approval of a 52 square foot (<1%) variance to Section <br />1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code to allow for the construction of a home on property <br />addressed as 458 South McCarrons Boulevard, based on the findings and conditions as <br />outlined in the resolution and in the project report dated December 16, 2002; and, <br />2) Adoption of a resolution granting approval of two 26 foot variances to Section 1 002.02D5 of <br />the Roseville City Code to allow for the construction of a home on property addressed as 458 <br />South McCarrons Boulevard, based on the findings and conditions as outlined in the <br />resolution and in the project report dated December 16, 2002. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of each resolution pertaining to your request. Please review the <br />conditions listed within each resolution.
