<br /> <br /> <br />6.1 Based on the information provided and the findings in Section 5 of this project report, <br />staff recommends approval ofa 18 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A7 and <br />1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a detached accessory <br />building in the front yard at 345 South Owasso Boulevard, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A. The applicant locating the lot's property pins (or provide a survey) and based on <br />that, developing a scaled site plan with dimensions for structures and driveway, <br />thus allowing the Community Development Department to verify proper <br />placement of the accessory building. . <br /> <br />B. The accessory building being setback a minimum of 12 feet from the front (road <br />side) property line (South); a minimum of 5 feet from the side yard property line <br />(east); and a minimum of 6 feet from the existing principal structure. <br /> <br />C. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance.
