Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record. The north wall of the office has had leaking problems for the last 20 years. When a hard N W rain comes there has been a tendancy for the headers of the windows to drip.. Siliconing the wall, caulking the windows and checking the flashing on the roof has not corrected the oroblem and thus this will be under- stood to exist at this time~and probably will continue.
