The property owner must locate the lot's property pins (or provide a survey) and <br />based on that, developing a scaled site plan with dimensions for structures and <br />driveway, thus allowing the Community Development Department to verify <br />proper placement of the accessory building and lot coverage. <br /> <br />D. No additional accessory buildings or structure additions being allowed without an <br />approved variance. <br /> <br />E. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 On June 4, 2003 the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Sutliff variance request. At the hearing no citizens addressed the Commission and <br />the Commissioners had no questions of the applicant or staff. <br /> <br />7.2 The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request for a 522 <br />square foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code by Daniel <br />Sutliff, 992 Shryer Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section <br />6 of the project report dated 6/4/03. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution approving a 522 square foot (5% ) VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow the <br />construction of a 480 square foot living area addition and the replacement of a 374 <br />accessory building with a 80 square foot garden shed at 992 Shryer Avenue, based <br />on the findings of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated June 16, 2003. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo, and draft resolution. <br /> <br />PF3487 - ReA 061603 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
