The City Code requires principal structures, including attached <br />and covered porches, to be setback a minimum of 30 feet from a front yard property line. The <br />proposal by the Hrads seeks to allow the front entry/porch 24 feet from the front property line or <br />a required Setback Permit of 6 feet. <br /> <br />The Setback Pem1it process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
