<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />July 23, 2003 <br /> <br />Karen Casper <br />2508 Marion Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council Action of a Variance to sectio1l1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code at <br />2508 Marion Street (PF3492). <br /> <br />Dear Karen: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on July 21, 2003, the Roseville City Council approved your request <br />for a 11 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code that allows you to <br />proceed forward with your plans to construct a screen and four-season porch. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council adopted the Resolution (a copy is attached) approving your request. <br />The Resolution was approved contingent upon your compliance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The property owner must locate the lot's property pins (or provide a survey) and <br />based on that, develop a scaled site plan with dimensions for screened porch and <br />four-season porch addition, allowing the Community Development Department to <br />verify proper placement of the structure on the parcel. <br /> <br />2. Gutters must be installed along the eves of the addition and directed to the <br />northeast comer of the parcel, to reduce impacts to adjacent residential properties. <br /> <br />3. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variance. <br /> <br />The City will record a similar copy of the attached resolution with Ramsey County. Recording <br />of the resolution against your property binds you and/or other succeeding property owners to all <br />the terms and conditions stipulated in the City Council's approved resolution. Please review the <br />conditions listed within the resolution. <br />
