City Council Action: Approval w/conditions - July 21, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The City Planner recommends approval of a 377 sq. ft. (3.5% ) VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for Norman Gregg to allow <br />construction of 480 sq. ft. detached accessory building at 1137 County Road B2, <br />subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt a resolution approving a 377 sq. ft.
