<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 18th day of November, 2002, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10049 <br /> <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 2001 CONTRACT A, <br />CITY PROJECT P-ST-SW-OI-I0: Josephine Road Reconstruction & <br />CITY PROJECT P-OI-04: Mill and Overlay Neighborhoods 17 and 41 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 14, 2001, T. A. Schifsky <br />and Sons of North St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />with 2001 Contract A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on November 18, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schroeder and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, <br />Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
