The request requires a 3 foot <br />Setback Permit to allow an encroachment to a point 2 feet from the side yard property line. The <br />stated purpose of this request is to create a wider paved driveway affording Mr. Jordan an area to <br />park his 28 foot recreational vehicle. <br /> <br />The Setback Pemlit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
