Narrative: See 6 of front page. If we remain within
the five feet the cement is not large enough to accompdate
the boat. This improvement should also eliminate water
flowing from our property to the northerly neighbor,
thus eliminating water accumulating in their basement.

This improvement will dramatically improve the aesthetics
of our property. The location of the slab is now a
weed bed and overgrown scrub. A portion of a chain link
fence will also be removed, thus improving aesthetics.
Our boat will no longer sit exposed in our driveway or
on Matilda Street. The boat will be nicely tucked
away from passersby on both C2 and Matilda.

This improvement will also expand an existing patio in
our back yard, thus affording greater use of the back
yard.
