Anticipated Council Action: August 18,2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 758 square foot (11 %) <br />V ARIANcE to Section 1004.01A6, a 3 foot side yard VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.02D5, and a 3 foot side yard VARIANCE to Section 703.04B9 of the Roseville <br />City Code for Mark Koenig to allow construction of new detached accessory building and <br />increased impervious area at 466 Hilltop Avenue, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt three resolutions of approval (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3501 - ReA 081803 - Page 1 of 6 <br />
