<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE/CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of August, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10135 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 3 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01A8 OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />466 HILL TOP A VENUE (PF3501). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark Koenig has requested a variance to Section 1004.01A8 (Minimum <br />Setbacks) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a detached accessory building <br />(replacement garage) 2 feet from his side yard property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Koenig parcel is located at 466 Hilltop Avenue and legally described as: <br /> <br />"I Lot 28, Block 5, Rolling Green <br />PIN: 13-29-23-31-0097 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.0lA8 of the Roseville City Code requires all accessory <br />buildings to be set back a minimum of 5 feet from a side yard and year yard property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Koenig existing detached accessory building lies approximately 6 <br />inches form the side yard (east) property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Koenig proposes to erect the new detached accessory building 2 feet <br />from the side yard property line so that maneuvering into the garage is minimized, there is a <br />separation between the driveway and existing patio, and reduce the impact on the rear yard; and <br /> <br />$" <br />Jf "" <br />1 c~ l <br /> <br />
