<br /> <br />a 15 to 1 on <br />of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated February 4, 2004; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve a 15 <br />foot VARIANCE to Section 1007.01E of the Roseville City Code for Investors Real Estate <br />Trust/Hood Packaging, 3075 Long Lake Road, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The increased roof height must be for only the area necessary to accommodate the <br />plastic film extruder or an area approximately 40 feet wide by 190 feet long and <br />the northeastern most portion of the structure and roof. <br /> <br />2. The addition being constructed with similar building materials/color to that of the <br />existing raised roof section and/or structure. <br /> <br />3. No signage being permitted on the 60 foot tall raised roof section. <br /> <br />4. Communication antenna may be permitted if the antenna is/are an integral <br />component of the architecture. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
