<br /> <br /> <br />6,1 Based on the information provided and the findings in 5 project report, <br />Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 15 foot VARIANCE to Section <br />1007.01E (Building Height) of the Roseville City Code for Hood Packaging and Investors <br />Real Estate Trust to allow a small portion ofthe area leased by Hood Packaging, 3075 Long <br />Lake Road to have a roof height of 60 feet, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The increased roof height must be for only the area necessary to accommodate the <br />plastic film extruder. <br /> <br />b. The addition being constructed with similar building materials/color to that ofthe existing <br />raised roof section and/or structure. <br /> <br />c. No signage being pennitted on the 60 foot tall raised roof section. <br /> <br />d.
