Here is the additional information <br />that you requested. <br /> <br />- I have determined that the principal structure footprint is 1150 square feet. <br /> <br />-The attached garage is 230 square feet. <br /> <br />-The existing attached garage will continue to be used for vehicle and miscellaneous <br />storage space. <br /> <br />-The size of the proposed structure will be 24 feet X 38 feet. Since the locatio~ and <br />therefore the style, of the garage is dependent upon the variance and conditional use <br />permit being granted to us, we have yet to consult with an architect (we would rather not <br />have to pay for two different types of plans).
