Member Cihacek reminded staff of his previous request for tax increment fund <br /> balance information, with Mr. Schwartz responding that he was working with <br /> Finance Director Miller and anticipated that information and/or presentation in <br /> January as well. <br /> Mr. Schwartz advised that staff was in the process of developing the design plans <br /> for the Victoria Street project for 2015, and would present those preliminary plans <br /> to the PWETC in the very near future as well. <br /> 8.
