<br /> <br />on <br />21, 2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The applicant locating the parcel's property pins and verifying the location of the <br />existing principal structure, thus allowing the Community Development <br />Department to verify the distance required for the setback variance. <br /> <br />b. The principal structure being limited to an addition of no more than nine feet, as <br />indicated on the submitted site plan. <br /> <br />c. The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />d. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
