[APPLICATION OF OTHER LAWS.} All references in <br />Minnesota Statutes to tax increment financinq districts created <br />and tax increments qenerated under Minnesota Statutes, sections <br />469.174 to 469.1799, apply subiect to this section, provided <br />that Minnesota Statutes, sections 469.174 to 469.1799, ap~ly <br />only to the extent specified in this section. <br />Subd. 3. [EXPIRATION.} (a) The exception under subdivision <br />1, paraqraph (c), from the limitations of Minnesota Statutes, <br />section 469.1763, subdivision 2, expires 20 years after the <br />receipt of the first increment from a district for which the <br />city has elected that this section applies. <br />(b) The authority to approve tax increment financinq plans <br />to establish a tax increment financinq district subiect to this <br />section expires on December 31, 2013. <br />[EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective upon approval <br />by the qoverning bodies of the city of Roseville and Ramsey <br />county and upon compliance by the the city with Minnesota <br />Statutes, section 645.021, subdi~ision 3. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />{ <br /> <br />http://\vww.revisor.1eg.state.rrm.us/ cgi -bin! getbill.pl ?session=ls83 &version=latest&nmnber.., 2/10/2004 <br />
