<br /> <br />1 REQUESTED ACTION <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Council is asked to adoption of an ordinance to for more to <br />complete studies on the impacts the Twin Lakes Stakeholders and Developer's <br />amendment to existing comprehensive plan documents, changes to the Alternative Urban Areas <br />Review (AUAR) and other documents. A land use and finance study is underway would address <br />of these issues. The City Attorney reviewed the interim moratorium ordinance <br />consideration by the Council (see the attached ordinance). <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br /> <br />2.1 A Stakeholders St dy of Redevelopment Lakes has been underway since <br />February 004.
