<br />3 <br />4 The Twin Lakes Business Park is the area generally described, <br />5 centerlines, lot and parcel boundaries, as follows (all measurements are approximate): <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />7 From the Northwest Corner of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />8 Minnesota, south 1265 feet along the centerline of Cleveland Avenue to the point of <br />9 beginning, then easterly a distance of approx. 902 feet, then southerly 315 feet, then <br />10 easterly 416 feet to the west right-of-way line ofthe 33 foot wide Prior A venue, then <br />II southerly along that line approx. 602 feet to the intersection with a line running <br />12 southwesterly approx. 790 feet to a point along the centerline of County Road C-2 which <br />13 is approx. 980 feet east of its intersection with the centerline of Cleveland Avenue, then <br />14 southerly approx. 650 feet, then easterly 35 feet, then southerly approx. 300 feet, then <br />15 easterly 240 feet, then southerly 270 feet, then easterly 580 feet, then north and easterly <br />l6 along an irregular line on the eastern boundary of Langton Lake a distance of 835 fete, <br />17 then, easterly 2346 feet along the south edge of platted and Oasis Park property, then <br />18 southerly a distance of2101 feet to the south right of way of County Road C, then <br />19 westerly along the south right of way a distance of approx. 4210 feet to the intersection <br />20 with the centerline of Cleveland Avenue, then northerly along the Cleveland Avenue <br />21 centerline a distance of approx. 4371 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />22 SECTION 2. Development Moratorium. The City of Roseville City Council hereby adopts a <br />23 development moratorium pursuant to M.S. 462.355, Sub. 4, on the receipt of and processing of <br />24 requests for rezoning, building permits (except as described in Section I.B), conditional use <br />25 permits, interim use permits, variances and subdivision of land within the Twin Lakes Master <br />26 Plan area as identified in the general description below and in the 2002 Comprehensive Guide <br />27 Plan. <br /> <br />28 SECTION 3. Duration of Moratorium. The development moratorium will commence on the <br />29 effective date of this ordinance and will continue for one year from the date of adoption unless <br />30 otherwise terminated or extended by action of the City Council. <br /> <br />31 SECTION 4. Enforcement. The City of Roseville may enforce any provision of this ordinance <br />32 by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate civil remedy in any court of competent <br />33 jurisdiction. <br /> <br />34 SECTION 5. Separability. Every section, provision, or part of this ordinance is declared <br />35 separable from every other section, provision, or part of this ordinance. If any section, provision, <br />36 or part of this ordinance is adjudged to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />37 judgment shall not invalidate any other section, provision, or part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />38 SECTION 6.
