Not <br />true. Commercial only produces about a third of what housing will, and about Y2 of what <br />a good office project can generate. These facts are based on our financial consultants <br />detailed calculations-not mine. Therefore, the more housing, and the less commercial <br />going into this project the better off we'll be, before we factor in good land use. <br />You also assume we have a serious land contamination problem not proven to <br />be true. This was and is a trucking area. Oil spills are biodegradable. Our Environmental <br />Protection Agencies will demand a solution ifthere ever is an actual threat to our health <br />and well being. <br />You tooted your community horn, but hit the wrong "notes".
