Purpose: The RosevilIe City Code, Title 4, Sections 407.02g is hereby <br />amended by revising language pertaining to the prohibition of keeping of farm animals <br />within the city to protect the public health, safety, comfort, or repose within any zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 407.02G is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />407.02G Keeping of Farm Animals: <br />Keeping Of Farm Animals: The keeping, <br />sheep, goats or any four (4) legged animal <br />In any <br /> <br /> <br />horses, <br /> <br />known as farm <br />or any enclosure, <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
