<br />March 9th <br /> <br />Dennis, according to one of the ten applicants for Roseville Lawn Fertilizer license, <br />MS 18C.l1 0 (adopted during 2002 Legislative Session) provides that cities no longer <br />have the prerogative to license lawn fertilizer companies.. .if you agree, I'll call or write <br />each of them (as an 2004 applications were sent out in February) to advise we are no <br />longer licensing --- or, would you like to have city attorney review (directed at ag uses <br />only?). . . <br />Thanks, <br />Pat <br /> <br />Cc: Don M <br />
