(7) Any correspondence, memoranda, reports, records or notes of discussions or telephone conversations, or any other communications to or from the Minnesota Land Trust or any of its representatives, concerning the proposed expansion of the Roseville library, or the land on Hamline Avenue north of said library, from November 14, 2001 to the present. For the purposes of this data request, the term "data" shall include, but not be limited to, any correspondence, notes, records, reports, drafts, memoranda, notices, proposals, plans, telephone logs or records, communications or other documents, and all computer or other electronic data such as electronic mail, calendars, project management files, word processing and database management tiles pertaining to the subject matter of the request. If the City contends that any of the requested data recited in this letter is classified so as to deny me access, the City shall infonn me of the determination either orally at the time of the request or in writing as soon after that time as possible, and shall cite the specific statutory section, temporary classification, or specific provision. of Federal law on which the determination is based. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section 13.03 subd. 3, I request that the City certify in writing if any request for information has been denied and cite the specific statutory authority, temporary classification, or specific provision of Federal law upon which the denial was based. I request that the data responsive to this request be produced in the manner in which it is maintained by the City and that the City not withhold or destroy responsive data. Upon inspection of the data, I or my designee will determine which, ifany, of the data to have photocopied and will pay reasonable copying charges assessed by the City. If any of the above infomlation has been destroyed at any time, I would like a written explanation as to what files, documents, or materials have been destroyed and what individual or individuals ordered the destruction, I request that the data responsive to the foregoing request be produced for inspection on or before Tuesday, June 7, 2004, at 11 :00 A.M.
