County Road C, Roseville <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Trowbridge: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the Roseville City Council action on May 24,2004 relative to <br />your request. The Council unanimously approved a Resolution approving a three-year <br />Interim Use Permit to allow limited sales of semi-trailer trucks at Chesley Truck, 1755 <br />County Road C in Roseville. The approval was subject to your compliance with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The Interim Use Permit be for a maximum ofthree years, terminating on June 30, <br />2007, with an annual review by the Community Development Department. <br /> <br />b. The hours of operation shall be limited from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., on Saturday. <br /> <br />c. No front yard vehicle display is allowed.
