NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> ON IMPROVEMENT P-15-02 <br /> VICTORIA STREET, <br /> BETWEEN LARPENTEUR <br /> AVE AND COUNTY ROAD B <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT <br /> THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota,will meet at the City Hall, <br /> 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> City, on the 23rd day of February, <br /> 2015, at 6:00 p.m. to hold a public <br /> hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended <br /> on proposed Improvement P-15- <br /> 02: Victoria Street Reconstruction <br /> Project,between Larpenteur Ave and <br /> County Road B. <br /> The improvement will include the <br /> installation of sidewalk, bituminous <br /> paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br /> sanitary sewer repair, water <br /> main repair, drainage facilities, <br /> and necessary appurtenances. <br /> The foregoing is substantially in <br /> accordance with a preliminary <br /> engineering report which is now on <br /> file and open to public inspection <br /> in the office of the City Engineer, <br /> Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br /> Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota <br /> 55113. <br /> The cost of the improvement <br /> is presently estimated at <br /> $1,833,245.20. The area proposed <br /> to be assessed for the improvement <br /> shall be all that property within <br /> the project area abutting or using <br /> Victoria Street as their access.
