EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 2nd day of December, 2002, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: none. Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10051 RESOLUTION REGARDING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S TRUNK HIGHWAY 280 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, Minnesota Department of Transportation's has proposed to reconstruct Trunk Highway 280 in 2005 and; WHEREAS, thirty days published and mailed notice was given; WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on December 2, 2002; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on December 2, 2002, to consider the proposed construction of Trunk Highway 280 Reconstruction Project (between Broadway Street and Hwy 36) consisting ofthe reconstruction of TH 280 with the closure access at Spring Street, Summer Street, Roselawn Avenue, Walnut Street and County Road B; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Schroeder Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: Kough.
