<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-792-7005+ fax: 651.792-7070 <br /> <br />April 15, 2004 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, April 22, at 3:00 p.m., in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Ric Cox, 2185 County Road B, seeks approval of an 8 foot Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of a front porch on to home (to be substantially remodeled and expanded). The <br />porch is approximately 8 feet in width and 12-112 feet in depth and located at the front entry. The <br />parcel has a 40 foot front yard setback requirement and the proposal will place the porch addition <br />approximately 32 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, April 22, at 3:00 p.m. (Community <br />Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-792-7074; or you can e-mail me at <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
