<br /> <br />17,2004 <br /> <br />& Erick Stevens <br />3099 Mildred Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Setback Permit Approval. <br /> <br />Dear & <br /> <br />On Thursday, May 6, 2004, the Development Review Committee (DRC) held the hearing <br />regarding your request for a 6-115 foot Setback Permit to allow construction of a covered porch <br />that encroaches into the required front yard setback. Members of the DRC reviewed your <br />proposal and recommended that the 6-1/2 foot Setback Permit be granted, subject to two <br />conditions. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I concur with the reasoning set forth by the DRC <br />and have approved your Setback Permit. I also concur with the DRC conditions attached to the <br />Setback Permit, which conditions areas follows: <br /> <br />:> The porch being limited to a maximum front yard encroachment of 6-1/5 feet or 27- <br />1/2 feet from the property line adjacent to Mildred Drive. <br /> <br />:> The front property pins being located and exposed to verify the location of the <br />existing principal structure and the 6-1/2 foot maximum porch encroachment. <br /> <br />The 10-day Setback Permit appeal time line (by you or adjoining propeliy owners) has expired <br />and therefore you may begin the building permit application process.
