The porch/dormer is approximately 8 feet <br />in width and 2-112 feet in depth and located at the front entry. The parcel has a 30 foot front yard <br />setback requirement and the proposal will place the porch addition approximately 27 feet from <br />the front propeliy line. <br /> <br />The Setback Pemlit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
