A vacation easement would add to <br />the value of the property the property owner 3 86 Wagner Street. <br />would also allow for the setback requirements for the property being built on <br />the Western lot to be similar to that of386 Wagner Street. Since this <br />easement has not been utilized by the city for many years and would be of <br />value to both properties the property owner is requesting that this easement <br />be vacated. <br />
