<br />publ i c road or hi ghway, together with such cul verts, cuts, or ditches as may be necessary,
<br />and to construct, maintain, operate, and repair utility mains, pipes, and appurtenances
<br />over and across the strip of land hereinbefore described, together with perpet~a1 easement
<br />for ingress and egress.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of the second part. its
