<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of May, 1992 by and between Edward J.
<br />Widerski and Lucille E. Widerski (husband & wife) of the County of Ramsey, of
<br />the State Minnesota,
<br />
<br />parties of the first part, and the CITY OF ROSBVILLB, Ramsey county,
<br />Minnesota, a municipal corporation, party of the second part.
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
<br />considerations in hand paid by the said party of the second part, said parties
<br />of the first part do hereby grant and convey unto party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for a public road and highway and
<br />for underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances under and across the
<br />following described property in Ramsey County, Minnesota:

<br />1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 (Subject to roads , easements)
<br />in Section 13, TownShip 29, Range 23, Ramsey county, xinnesota, Lying within
<br />the circuaference of a circle having a radius of 55.0 feet, the center of
<br />said circle i. located 29.0 feet We.t and 20.0 feet South of the Northeast
<br />corner of said Northeast 1/4, of said Southeast 1/4 of said Southwest 1/4.

<br />which easement shall include the perpetual rights of said City of Roseville,
<br />its successors or assigns, to grade, level, fill, drain, pave, build,
<br />maintain, and rebuild or widen a public road or highway, together with such
<br />culverts, cuts, or ditches as may be necessary, and to construct, maintain,
<br />operate and repair underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances over
<br />and across a strip of land hereinbefore described, together with perpetual
<br />easement for ingress and egress, all without additional compensation.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said
<br />party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
