<br />4,1 On 2, 1 Green was <br />subdivision plat created lots and dedicated street right-of-way for an area generally west <br />of Chandler Avenue, south of McCarrons Boulevard, and north of Wagner Street. <br />Specific to this plat was a 30 foot wide dedication for the future roadway to be known as <br />Wagner Street. <br /> <br /> <br />4.2 On July 2, 1980, a roadway easement was granted to the City of Roseville, which <br />easement is 30 feet wide, 266 feet long, and directly adjacent to 386 Wagner Street. <br /> <br />4.3 On May 6, 1992, a roadway easement for a portion of the W estern Avenue cul-de-sac <br />was granted to the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />4.4 Judith LeTendre, property owner at 386 Wagner Street, has requested that a portion of <br />the 30 foot wide by 266 feet long easement be vacated, <br /> <br />5.0 STAFF FINDINGS: <br /> <br />5,1 The proposal to vacate the southern portion of the 30 foot by 266 foot roadway easement <br />has been reviewed by the Public Works Department. The need for the roadway easement <br />has been determined to be unnecessary. Specifically, Wagner Street will remain a dead <br />end cul-de-sac west of Western Avenue (never to connect) and the easement has no <br />public utilities beneath it. <br /> <br />6.0 STAFF COMMENT & RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />6.1 Based on the determination of the Public Works Department that a portion ofthe <br />previously granted roadway easement is no longer necessary for public infrastmcture, the <br />City Planner recommends approval of the ROADWAY EASEMENT V ACA TION <br />request by Judith LeTendre, <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 BY MOTION, RECOMMEND APPROVAL of the request by Judith LeTendre to <br />V ACATE a portion of the 30 foot by 266 foot roadway easement directly adjacent to 386 <br />Wagner Street, based on the finding of Section 5 ofthe project report dated August 4, <br />2004, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />a.
