The Roseville City Code requires principal structures to be set back a <br />minimum of 10 feet from a side yard property line. The proposal by Mr. Anderson seeks to <br />construct an attached garage (considered an integral component of the principal structure) 2 feet <br />into the required 10 foot setback of a distance of 8 feet from the property line. Thus a Setback <br />Permit is necessary before a building permit can be issued. <br /> <br />
