<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 2nd day of December, 2002 at <br />5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10052 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2003 UTILITY RATES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, the water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and recycling rates be established for 2003 <br />in accordance with Schedule A attached to this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Kough, <br />Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
