<br /> <br />to <br />Roseville, County <br /> <br /> <br />thereof, a meeting of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the <br /> <br /> <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Doherty and Boerigter. <br /> <br />Variance Board Member Doherty introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />VB RESOLUTION NO.5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1-1/2 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1012.02B3 <br />(REQUIRED YARD & OPEN SPACE - SIDE OR REAR YARD ONLY) OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR FRANK KONSTANTINIDES, <br />1911 DELL WOOD AVENUE (PF3597) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Frank Konstantinides, has requested a VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B3 <br />(Required Yard & Open Space - Side and Rear Yard Only) of the Roseville City Code to allow <br />the installation of a 8 foot privacy fence in the side yard adjacent to Roselawn Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Konstantinides property is located at 284 McCarrons Boulevard South, <br />and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 14, Block 2, Roselawn Acres <br />PIN 15-29-23-42-0071 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 10 12.02B3 requires fences in rear and side yards to be a maximum of 6-112 <br />feet in height; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Konstantinides desires to install a fence along his northern property line <br />(corner - side yard) 8 feet in height; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner has concluded that "hardships" are present and support can <br />be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />1 foot 6 inch VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B3 of the Roseville City Code for Frank <br />Konstantinides to allow the installation of an 8 foot tall fence along the north (corner - side yard) <br />property line at 1911 Dellwood Avenue, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The fence not exceeding a height of 8 feet measured from the existing grade to top <br />of fence. <br /> <br />1 <br />
