<br /> <br />Development Department <br />6S1-792-700S+fax: 651.792-7070 <br /> <br />Aprill, 2004 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, AprilS, at 3:00 p.m., in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Mark Adams, 2202 St. Croix Street, seeks approval of a 2.4 foot Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of a 28 foot wide by 30 foot deep attached garage addition that would ultimately lie <br />7.6 feet from the side yard (east) property line. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, AprilS, at 3:00 p.m. (Community <br />Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-792-7074; or you can e-mail me at <br /> <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
