<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651- 792- 7005. fax: 651.792- 7070 <br /> <br />May 21, 2004 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing onThursday, May 27, at 3:30 p.m., in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Tom Capistrant, 1966 Asbury Street, seeks approval of a 7 foot, 2 inch (+/-) Front Yard <br />Setback Permit to allow the construction of a front porch on to his home. Mr. Capistrant <br />desires to construct a front entry porch, 7 feet, 2 inches (+/ -) deep by 6 feet, 23 feet, 8 inches <br />wide along the front of the home that will be located no closer that 28 feet, 10, inches (+/-) from <br />the front property line (36 foot front yard setback on parcel). <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent propeliy owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, May 27, at 3:30 p.m. (Community <br />Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-792-7074; or you can e-mail me at <br />thomas.paschke(il;ci .roseville.mn. us. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
