<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-792-7005+ fax: 651.792-7070 <br /> <br />June 4,2004 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, June 10, at 3:00 p.m., in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Craig Stilen, 576 Mounds View Avenue, seeks approval of a 6 foot Setback Permit to allow <br />the construction of a front porch on to the home. The porch is approximately 7-1/2 feet in width <br />and 4 feet in depth and located at the front entry. The parcel has a 40 foot front yard setback <br />requirement and the proposal will place the porch addition approximately 34 feet from the front <br />property line. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, June 10 at 3:00 p.m. (Community <br />Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-792-7074; or you can e-mail me at <br /> <br /> <br />Attached for your infonnation is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
