Snelling Avenue be continued to the City Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 1995. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Simpson Leasing's request for a Special Use Permit at 2845 <br />Hamline A venue NOlth be approved with the following conditions: <br />1. That there be no more than five vehicles for lease at the site. <br />2. there be no maintenance or cleaning of the vehicles on the site. <br />3. there be no storage of trailers or dollies at the site. <br />4. Tbat tbe five spaces for the lease vehicles be located as shown in the proposal presented to <br />the Planning Commission. <br />That there be no fencing. <br />That there be no signage. <br /> <br />. moved, Use em1it <br />station/ store with a car wash at 2380 W.
