<br /> <br />June 23, 2004 <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Interim Use Permit Simpson Auto Sales <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />Please accept this letter as support for our tenant, Simpson Auto Sales, located at 2660 N. <br />Cleveland, in its application for an Interim Use Permit to selling, leasing and renting <br />automobiles from this property. <br /> <br />Simpson leases three different spaces in that building and neighboring buildings, a total <br />of 7,600 s.f. We have included 28 parking spaces on site and on the adjacent property <br />that we also own (included), with the ability to lease additional spaces in the area if need <br />be. <br /> <br />The term of the leases on these spaces are either "month-to-month", or through October <br />31, 2004, at this time. All parties involved understand that the property is in a potential <br />redevelopment area, thus the limited lease terms. <br /> <br /> <br />le application for the Interim Use Permit, and would support it being <br />o run concurrent with their tenancy in our building.
