We have included 28 parking spaces on site and on the adjacent property <br />that we also own (included), with the ability to lease additional spaces in the area if need <br />be. <br /> <br />The term of the leases on these spaces are either "month-to-month", or through October <br />31, 2004, at this time. All parties involved understand that the property is in a potential <br />redevelopment area, thus the limited lease terms. <br /> <br /> <br />le application for the Interim Use Permit, and would support it being <br />o run concurrent with their tenancy in our building.
