<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th day of November, 2002, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10053 <br /> <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br />LARPENTEUR AVENUE STREETSCAPE, <br />CITY PROJECT P-SW-99-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 27, 2000, Environmental <br />Associates, Inc, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with Larpenteur <br />Avenue Streetscape, City Project P-SW-99-14; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on December 9,2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kough and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Maschka and the following voted against the same: Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
