We were aware <br />that there was a street easement extending from our property line. However, since the <br />purchase of our house, we have maintained the north 30 feet of this street easement - <br />watering and cutting the grass, fertilizing and raking leaves. Since the south 30 feet of <br />the street easement is now being vacated to the owners of386 Wagner Street, we would <br />like to ask, along with our neighbors, Ann Elias and George Cartwright who live at <br />1823 Western. to vacate the north 30 feet of this street easement as well. We do realize <br />that there will still be a utility easement through a portion of this property. <br /> <br />We have and will continue to be good stewards of this piece ofland.
