<br /> <br />Community Development <br />651-792-7005+ fax: 651.792-7070 <br /> <br />June 18, 2004 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the RosevilIe Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, June 24, at 3:00 p.m., in the <br />RosevilIe City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Rudolf Lamprecht, 431 Minnesota, seeks approval of a 7 foot Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of an addition on to the front of the existing attached garage that would lie 29 feet <br />from the front property line. The Lamprecht principal structure has an existing front yard <br />setback of36 feet and therefore the proposed 21 foot wide by 20 foot deep garage addition <br />requires a 7 foot SETBACK PERMIT. <br /> <br />The Setback Pennit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, June 24, at 3:00 p.m. (Community <br />Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-792-7074; or you can e-mail me at <br /> <br />Attached for your infonnation is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
