As we <br />discussed, we wish to move this building 5' to the north (closer to building #2) in order to <br />facilitate the Phase 2 plan on Outlot B that we are currently designing. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that we need to formally replat this property. United Properties <br />commits to you that we will follow through and complete the replat of this third building <br />change. <br /> <br />We wish to obtain the Building Permit for this third building to start the foundations as <br />soon as possible. We appreciate your assistance in facilitating the release of our <br />Building Permit. <br /> <br />I will work with Thomas to submit the appropriate Application materials for the replat of <br />this town home area.
