Upon receipt of the RFI responses, each committee member evaluated the vendors using the 30 chosen criteria and scoring method detailed inAttachment B. 31 CR OMMISSION ECOMMENDATIONS 32 The committee recommended to the Commission that Granicus be selected to integrate with the 33 City of Roseville’s website in order to help facilitate community engagement. The motion passed 34 the commission on a unanimous 7-0 vote. 35 Please see Attachment B for complete detailed scoring information from the committee. 36 BI UDGET MPLICATIONS 37 The expected three-year cost for integrating the Granicus civic engagement module is 38 approximately $14,400, or $4,800 per year. 39 It is recommended that funds for the civic engagement module come wholly from the 40 Communications Fund reserves. The Communications Fund is an enterprise fund, for which the 41 primary source of funding is cable television franchise fees. 42 SR TAFF ECOMMENDATIONS 43 Staff agrees with the Commission’s recommendation to contract with Granicus to develop a civic 44 engagement module for integration with the City of Roseville website. Staff recommends that it 45 be approved to contract with Granicus to develop a civic engagement module for integration with 46 the City of Roseville website at a cost not to exceed $14,400.
