Application Submittal Date: September l7, 2004. <br />. Application Determined Complete: September 20, 2004. <br />. 60-Day Review Deadline: November 19,2004 <br />. Project Report Recommendation: Approval w/conditions, October 6, 2004. <br />. Plmming Commission Action: Approval (5-0) Recommendation w/Conditions, <br />October 14, 2004. <br />. City Council Action: October 25,2004. <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />2.l At their meeting of October l4, 2004 the Roseville Planning Commission recommended <br />(5-0) approval of the PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT, EASEMENT VACATION, <br />and FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONSISTENCY for United Properties for <br />PHASE II of Applewood Pointe, subject to conditions. The Community Development <br />Department concurs with this recommendation. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION VACATING the UTILITY & DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />over Lot 19, Applewood Pointe of Arona. <br /> <br />3.2 BY MOTION, APPROVE the PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT of Applewood <br />Pointe of Arona Third Addition w/conditions. <br /> <br />PF3602_RCA_I02504.doc Page I of I <br />
